At R K Diam, we are committed to ensuring that you love every piece of jewellery you purchase from us. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

– The return request is raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
– The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags, certificates, packaging, and invoice intact.
– Custom-made, engraved, or personalized items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
– Products that show signs of wear or alteration will not be accepted for return or exchange.

To start a return or exchange:

1. Email us at rkdiam.bkk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will verify your request and guide you through the return process.
3. Once approved, ship the item back to us via a trusted courier with tracking details.
4. We recommend using secure packaging to avoid damage in transit.

Note: The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

– After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
– Please allow 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/payment provider.
– Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

– We offer exchanges for items of equal or higher value (with price difference payable).
– Exchange requests must meet the same conditions as returns (unused and within 7 days).
– Once the original item is received and inspected, the new product will be dispatched.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

– Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
– We will offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping charges, once verified.
